There's a Monster in My Tent
The little girl she loved to camp. She had a bright pink princess tent. All is not as it seems one night, however, as she awakens to some strange noises coming from downstairs. There can only be one conclusion: that a monster lies within its walls.
Her worst fears are realised as she creeps downstairs and finds something truly horrifying. She runs back upstairs to wake her mum and tell her what she’s witnessed; from the long claws and shaggy fur to the wheezing and whining emanating from its depths, there’s much to cause her to worry. After taking a while to rouse, her mother is finally dragged downstairs by her daughter, where she discovers the real truth.
There’s a Monster in My Tent is a story of a father’s love for his daughter and the desire to do what he can to make her happy. It offers a sense of fear and wonderment coupled with a bit of surprise, and a new friend to be made along the way.
